By purchasing cupcakes, cookies, or other treats from Dolciella Treats, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

All prices are fixed and non negotiable. Pricing is based on the exact design specifications, size, quantity, and overall complexity of the cupcakes, cookies, or other treats ordered.

Dolciella Treats does not accommodate all dietary restrictions, sensitivities, or allergies. While we take care in the preparation of our products, Dolciella Treats accepts no responsibility for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from consumption of our products.

Due to the nature of baking materials, decorating mediums, and product availability, we cannot guarantee exact color matching or complete uniformity from one order to another. Minor variations in color and design may occur. However, we always strive to maintain consistency. If a significant change is necessary, we will contact the customer before completing the order.

Customers are welcome to submit design requests through the comments section of the online order form or during direct order discussions. Final design decisions, including any variations, remain at the sole discretion of Dolciella Treats in order to achieve the best possible final product.

At this time, Dolciella Treats offers pickup only. Pickup dates and times must be agreed upon by both parties and are subject to availability.

For online orders, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for basic orders. Custom orders require a minimum of 14 days notice. Orders over $100 are subject to a 25% non refundable deposit to confirm the booking.

Workshops

To register for any Dolciella Treats workshop or class, participants must be at least 18 years of age, unless permission has been granted by a parent or legal guardian.

If you are registering a child or dependent under the age of 18 (the “Minor”) for a class, you confirm by accepting these Terms and Conditions that you are the parent or legal guardian of the Minor and that you consent to their participation in the class.

If the participant has any food allergies or dietary concerns, you agree to inform Dolciella Treats prior to attending any class or workshop. You acknowledge and accept that Dolciella Treats does not operate from a certified nut free kitchen, and therefore cannot guarantee that any product or class environment is free from cross contamination.
